About Me
Ever since I was a teenager, I've been fascinated by how our minds work. So, I decided to dive into psychology during my university days, kicking off my journey into the world of therapy.

Taking a significant step forward, I opted to pursue postgraduate studies, specialising in integrative transactional analysis. Essentially, this is a type of psychotherapy that involves the use of Intersubjectivity, and Relational process – drawing on a range of traditions in Psychology.
In my capacity as a therapist, I am dedicated to fostering a professional yet inviting environment where you can freely express your thoughts without fear of judgment – an atmosphere characterised by positivity. While my approach is rooted in rigorous research, I fully acknowledge the uniqueness of each individual's journey. Together, we will address any challenges you wish to confront, whether it be managing stress, navigating life's uncertainties, recovering from past experiences, or simply finding your rhythm in life.
